Before We Receive Your Product

During Production

50% refund. We'll return your product at our expense.

After Delivery

No refund, but we offer unlimited revisions within the original scope.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your videos, we'll work with you to make it right:

  • Unlimited revisions within the original scope
  • Re-shooting if there's a technical issue on our end
  • Color correction and grading adjustments
  • Format and export changes

Product Returns

After video production is complete, we'll return your product via the shipping method you selected during checkout. Return shipping costs are included in your order total. Products are typically shipped within 2 business days of video delivery.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives at our studio damaged, we'll document the damage and contact you immediately. You can choose to proceed with production or request a full refund. If damage occurs while in our possession, we'll cover replacement costs up to the declared value.
