By accessing or using Rush Video services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Rush provides professional product video production services. Our services include:

• Robotic camera video capture
• Professional lighting and staging
• Color grading and post-production
• Multiple export formats

3. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

4. Product Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping their products to our studio. We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance. Rush is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit to our studio.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after we receive your product. Rush delivery options may be available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to use the delivered videos. Rush retains the right to use videos in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original order. Major changes that require re-shooting may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rush's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
